Field of Study: A Ph.D student of Food Science, under supervision of Professor Changwei MA, College of Food Science and Nutritional Engineering, China Agricultural University, Beijing, P. R. China. My research field is about determination of specific spoilage organism in aquatic product and shelf-life prediction of fish in low temperature.
