The external advisory board was established in January 2007 to advice the consortium in its scientific program and mission. The board is composed of international recognized scientists and project manager with expertise in traceability of the food supply chain.
Petter Olsen - He is working for the Norwegian Institute of Fisheries and Aquaculture Research -

Christianna Papazahariou - She works for the “European Cold Storage and Logistic Association” (ECSLA). One of the objectives of ECSLA is to inform their members about legislative and technological developments and to provide a platform for discussions within the cold storage and logistic sector.
Alan Speight - He is a Consultant Food Technologist with experience in the science and technology of agriculture, production and retailing systems. He worked as Chair of an Advisory Group on Poultry and Livestock Safety (a joint project of Cambridge University and Marks & Spencer) and as Project Leader for State of Art Poultry factory in collaboration with leading Poultry companies, identifying future Technologies.
Finnur Gardasson - He is the QA division Manager of Icelandic Services -
